I hope you had a good Independence Day celebration!

I celebrated America's birthday by marching with volunteers in five parades across Northwest Indiana. We all had a great
time and I would like to extend heartfelt thanks to the many people who joined me in the parades.

And don't worry, there will be more opportunities to volunteer between now and Election Day so that we can work together to bring down gas prices, protect people's jobs, and create a new economy for Northwest Indiana.
